Job Description: A candidate is expected to take part in development of a software aimed in numerical simulations of semiconductors physics and processes technology. He/She should be able to create a code of particular dedicated modules with incremental complexity, integrate it to the parent code, carry out testing, and fix bugs. Duites include getting an insight into numerical algorithms and physical principles.

You should possess a relevant educational qualification. Additional qualifications include:
- Good basic knowledge of software development in C/C++, physics and mathematics, numerical modeling, software development tools, techniques, and principles involved in creation of effective and reliable codes;
- Skills corresponding to successful completion of standard third-fourth year technical university courses and practical exercises;
- Capability to share successfully carrying out the job duty along with continuous education.
